Hi All,
With the need for refactoring code at some point or another,
I was thinking to add another issue label "kind/refactor".
One such issue is #1569 [1] which is marked as "kind/task".
What do you think?

Refactoring is not a scheduled item, but something you always should do
I rather think the label should be "techdebt"

For me, it doesn't make any difference because even refactor is a kind
task (not scheduled one) so putting another label doesn't make sense
to me.

Based on our discussion, I would like to concude here that proposed label
"kind/refactor" is almost similar to "kind/task" and we can use latter
one
for the propsed label.
